A Black and White Cookie by Greg Morgenstein, Directed by Morry Schorr will be coming to a computer near you! A comedic, relevant full length play about a quirky paranoid Jewish homeless man Albie (Morry Schorr) and a stubborn black news stand owner Harold (LeJon Stewart) who become friends while fighting gentrifcation in the aftermath of the pandemic. Ayla plays Harold's concerned niece, Carol Wilson.

Ayla's in the SkyPilot One-Act Festival (SERIES B) in "The Book of Life," a sci-fi futuristic story about an endearing but socially awkward young lady, a result from the growing isolation of our technological world.

Ayla plays Helen in the staged reading of Helen and Troy in the SkyPilot Theatre Company Runway series at the Oh My Ribs! Theater in Hollywood on July 10, 2019.
Helen & Troy, written by Amy Tofte and directed by Kristina Lloyd, is a re-telling of the Helen of Troy legend from the point of view of a “plain Jane” Helen and her beautiful best friend Sena. When Sena is mistaken for Helen and seduced away by Paris, she gets a taste of being worshipped and doesn’t want to let it go. Helen uses the opportunity to flee the now-started Trojan War – and her overbearing title – to find happiness on her own. But will she?
Ayla Rocks it in a Drama in the Skypilot One Act Festival

Ayla graced the stage once again playing a lead in the Skypilot One Act Festival in November in the show Smallest Seed, a play bringing about awareness of the unfortunate events of molestation in the church for not only young males, but young females as well.

There'll Be Some Changes Made Today

Gearing up for the next project, Ayla will grace the stage again at the Hollywood Fringe Festival in June in a variety show entitled There'll Be Some Changes Made Today, playing in two short plays and a few other treats throughout the show. You can catch her in Fertility Clinic as Polly and Future Wives as Lisa at The Hobgoblin Playhouse on 6520 Hollywood Blvd.
